Hi I have changed from monthly contract to pay as you go keeping same number with you on the 9th of august. the lady how dealt with this change over said as we have just only payed the previse month and and i would only owe a DAY payment to close the contract and would be refunded . I have just checked my bank and you have taken £55.80p I have just checked my e/mail from you witch states you are taking a final payment of £1.80p on the 6th September
please can you get back to me A S A P
