payment not showing on myo2

hi there - yesterday on Monday 24th I paid my monthly bill online on my o2, but I'm still getting told that this payment is overdue even though its showing up in my bank statement.

It can take a few days for the payment to clear in your o2 account even though the money has left your bank account @blurain333 

Your best bet is to call Payment Management - their number is 0800 902 0217

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Consider setting up a direct debit to avoid future issues.
