As my bussiness is lock down for the last 3 weeks due to the COVID-19,is any HELP you can give to the customers as we are SELF_Employers???

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Nothing has been announced as yet. In the meantime call 202 and ask for the payment management team.
