paym simplicty tariff change

right i know you can change paym simplicty tariffs during your 12 month contract, but my contract has now expired, if i change to a different 12 month tariff will that extend my contract by a further 12 months?

If you have completed your contracted time I would expect it to just be a rolling 1 month tariff now, therefore any tariff change (allowed in your "My O2" should remain on a rolling 1 month.
Probably best to confirm with CS on 202 though as we have 2 different opinions here wink

Yes.

You can change via myo2 or phone O2 on 202.

Hi yes it will start a new 12 month contract there are 1 month ones available but they usually cost a bit more

You could of course just opt for any 30 day simplicity deal if they suit you better.
