I work on a cruise and have been at sea for 8 weeks now, I have just berthed in the caribban and found that the last 2 payments have been missed and I've been cut off, I have tried to call about 5 different numbers O2 give out for customer service and payments but all don't work. I try online and the app but both ask me to give my number so they can send me a code.....MY PHONE IS CUT OFF!!! so I can't even do that. what else can I do?
All want to pay my 2 bills and get reconnected
