How do I pay monthly using an American address if it will only accept UK postal codes? Thanks!

You can't.
UK networks only accept UK banks and UK addresses.

@Anonymous I know it says so in your username, but where are you now? Are you in the UK or the US? Do you have a Pay Monthly sim? If so, how did you get it?
