paying a bill!!

I have not been able to pay my bill through financial difficulties, and now I've been charged for my bill, and untill the contract was supposed to end, I don't have a phone to ring o2 as they've cut me off, so I'm wondering as to whether they have an email address where I can offer payment? Thanks
