okay so ive been having issues paying my o2 bill due to a change in work. my bill comes out on the 9th as this was when i was getting paid. however i bow get paid on the 15th and i physically cannot pay it this month until then. my balance is already overdue also.
i have tried to phone up but cannot get in contact with anyone so im stuck on what to do

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (or specific Payment management number -0800 902 0217 )

this is outrageous now. no one is answering and they have stopped me using my data and calls

i can pay the amount but in 3 days time when my money comes in. they are sending me letters and messages but wont answer my calls. i am fed up of them not being able to answer my calls. im doing everything they ask and it isnt good enough
