On the 07/10/22, I received a text that my bill was overdue by £35. On the same day, I paid £150 and received a text confirming that the payment has gone through. Yet today, my telephone is blocked and I cannot make any calls.

Needless to say that I cannot use any of the free O2 numbers using my phone to contact O2. The virtual assistant online is unreachable.

I need to talk to customer service to understand what is going on. Now.
