I've recently switched to monthly, family members who are 02 are being charged to call me WHY WHY GRRRRRRRR

It can take 3 to 4 days to get your number updated on all systems.
Once corrected, any calls charged in error will be refunded.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Are you all on free o2 to O2 numbers? It's probably due to your new tariff not updating yet..

2-3 days to register your number on the system. Inconvenience but if your friends call customer service they will be reimbursed definitely.
