hi i spoke to someone from 02 and got a contract and Ive received my confirmation email on logged in but it saying there no services or terms of condition

It may take a while for your "My O2" services to be fully up and running.
In the interim, you can read the T&C's here http://www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions

You should also be able to track your order so you know when the handset is coming.
