Hi, i am enquiring regarding my phone contract. My bill has been taken out of my bank and put back in on different occasions resulting in my phone now being cut off i am willing to pay on the 31st Janurary but can i get my services restored until then so i can pay my bill?

Unfortunately not. You need to settle the outstanding balance before they will reconnect the phone.
