Hi
I have joined o2 on pay as you go....new phone, new sim, but requested my number to be transferred.
I have received an email to claim free credit by activating the sim/number, but I am using the sim on my transferred number. Does this mean I will not receive the free £20 credit?? I am still a new customer and topped up, just not using that sim number.

Probably best to call CS on 4445 from your mobile to see if the credit can be used on the transferred number.
