how do i remove pay & go go go?

Log into your My O2 and change tariff, call 4445 and speak to CS or dial 4444 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

I was a bit confused with this post Rich....the OP asked about removing it ..not changing tariff... Might be me not understanding....?

You can't completely "remove" a PAYG tariff - you must have a tariff of some description.
So to get rid of go, go, go you need to change it to something else.

The available Payg choices are here ->

Please look over them carefully because if you move away from your current Payg tariff which maybe no longer generally available you will not be able to go back to it.

There is also O2 Basic which you can only get by calling CS....
