If you key this number into your contact list it will be there to use all the time. No need to remember it then..
Couple of things that may help you:
you can call 4444 also to get your balance, option 1 twice ( and other inf like what tariff you are on,etc...)
and I think the most important one you need ,a chargeable call or text or received transaction(top up) needs to take place within a 6 month period or your sim card will be disconnected, don't forget

Mmmmmm I get the same error message from my link for Basic Tariff. I wonder if it still available? To get it in the past you needed an 'invite' apparently..... The link I have.... worked up till last week..:smileysad:
