You can either call customer service or use the online chat. http://www.o2.co.uk/mobile/contactus

There are a couple of useful guides written by members which should give you all the information you need :

Hi.

Sad to hear your wanting to leave.

Before you do I would suggest you try out your alternative network via a payg sim card where you live, work and commute just to ensure you get good signal.

Also it may be worth thinking about unlocking your current phone so it works in any network. So it can be a back up phone or its street value.

Form :

http://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-and-devices/how-to-keep-your-mobile-number

Free for Contract Customers. £15 to Payg T&C Apply.

Take care. slight_smile

If you do wish to unlock your phone (assuming it's not already unlocked) you need this form here https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/help/help?qid=1&q1=2&route=unlocking&case=Handset%20Unlocking%20Form
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
