I made a payment using a swipe card that was the wrong one from an old account
Where can i contact to get this changed and the money credited to the correct account /number
Any ideas who to contcat by E mail there is no help in the suggestions or any direct contact for customer support

I guess you mean a payg topup card so you need the payg team

You may get the money back if the account isn't active but if the number has been reclaimed and reissued and is now live, that credit is now lost.
