I have been sent a new sim 5G, I am keeping my mobile number, its asking me for a pac code - what is this.

If you are with O2 and staying with O2 you don't need a PAC.

To activate the new sim, you need to do a sim swap from your old one.

However, if joining O2, you need a PAC from your old network Guide: How to get your PAC [June 2021 Update]
