How do I get a pac code for my pay and go on 02 no credit left and tried ringing on my land line kept me waiting for over 30 min must have cost me still no answer from 02 can anyone help thanks paul

Only by calling cs so you would be best off topping up your mobile and using that to call.

Calls cost 25p on 4445. Not sure if the lend a quid scheme is still going but do as @MI5 suggests and call early morning.
