at what point do I bring my pac code over from BT

@oxybubble You bring it over straightaway which will then end your bt contract

Within 30 days of receiving it or else it will expire and you'll need a new one.

If you now have an O2 contract, call customer services and give them your PAC now.

Your number will transfer in a couple of days time.

Hi Wave @oxybubble and Welcome to O2 community Forum...!

...When I followed the link @Cleoriff give you, step by step filling all the information before 5 pm (this was about a week ago) ... the following day I should have everything done... but 2 days later I did not received any notification text, so...! I end up calling customer services and they sorted out 2 days later... keep a look out on O2 text confirming what they are going to do... wink
