I received an email about overdue of my payment on my account.

I put some money in my account this morning so I can pay now.

I need to phone them but I left UK so I can’t call them.

Should I just wait for the next withdrawal?

@Eri You can call customer service on +44800 032 1402 from any phone or by using Skype: https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Off-Topic/A-Guide-To-Skype/m-p/1305104/highlight/true#M181823
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
The +44800 number isn't available until 9 am UK time.
