o2 charged £26,35 for internet browsing which we never do

spoke to them and they said they would drop charges

received new bill with same charges

after over 10 years with them have had enough

will not pay bill and want to leave them

but cannot contact then, due to the virous

 

but they stiil make the charge same for phone, but reduce staff so they now make bigger ptofits

 

BUT NO WAY CAN WE CONTACT THEM
