over charged bill

I have been charged 15.00 x 2 =£30.00 extra for 2 numbers 60077 and 84648 SMS of which I have never text.  I have tried several times to get through to O2 to no avail.  Has any other O2 customer had problems with these numbers and does anyone know if it's a scam or not.  I am trying to contact O2 to have this extra charge of £30.00 rectified from my account.

Have a look at the help here http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-and-Pay-Go/Are-you-fed-up-with-spam-calls-and-texts-Follow-... and look on the regulators website for company info.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi @Anonymous You will need to contact CS about this http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus as we have no access to your account. You may have clicked on a link via FB and signed up to something inadvertently.

You should also contact phonepayplus the regulator and report the number http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-and-Pay-Go/Have-you-fallen-for-or-been-conned-into-a-premium-rate-scam-What/m-p/968023/highlight/true#M112290
