outstanding debt

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hello,

I have had a debt of £65 outstanding on my contract and my bill states £227 due as thats how much i would have to pay to buy out my contract which is understandable, i am awaiting till friday to pay my debt off as that is payday but the debt has been passed to a debt collecting company. Is it still possible to pay it back to O2 and get myself back on contract?

Not now as the debt has been sold by O2 you will need to pay the collection agency.
The chances of another contract with O2 are pretty slim now too, tbh.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@Anonymous Unfortunately this will also have a negative impact on your credit rating and your chances of a contract with any mobile network provider are also pretty grim.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
