hi ive had my phone for over a year , ive taken my phone to a local o2 store and ask them to send back for repair
issues -
randomly looses signal
cannot connect to wifi (cannot switch wifi on )
tells me no sim or sims ( dual sim phone)
crashes and closes apps
they have returned to me in feb (one week after i have taken in ), with a note issues found and repaired with a frimware up , after 30 min of me reinstalling all my apps and accounts, its doing excactly the same thing , no phone is in no way damaged , never dropped or have gotten wet. any ideas what the problem is ive tried everything and so for 6 months ive been paying for a phone that i cannot use , ive had to use my work phone in the mean time.
