Can I get a breakdown of all mobile numbers I have contacted during the month

When you are on your bill - click 'What I've used' then click 'Voice Calls'

If you are pay monthly you can see all the calls itemised in My O2 under recent charges or on your last bill. If P&G you can only see them on your phone's call logs.

You can request them from customer service but there is a £10 charge and you would have to fill in the subject access form.

Yes you can by using the dropdown box and selecting messages.
