old bills details

Hi

phone stolen, many unauthorised calls made but insurance will pay for cost of these calls if I can prove I haven't called those numbers ever before. 02 past bills just appear to provide totals not the breakdown or am I mistaken?

There is an itemised breakdown of what numbers have been called in any given month.

Open up the past bill your interested in then click on "what I've used" just above the breakdown of charges.

After that you'll be taken to another menu with 3 options click on "voice calls"

There's all the individual numbers you've called in that month:)

If your account is anything like mine sod checking through all the numbers haha. (8 pages:()
