o2 travel in Germany

Anonymous
Not applicable
Hello, I'm currently using my phone in Germany. A friend got a text saying he was using o2 travel and being charged £1.99 per day. I text TRAVELON and received a text to say I was already using o2 travel, however today I have had a text telling me I've used £14 worth of data so far. Can someone clear up the confusion as I believe the o2 travel said no upper limit and I dont where this charge has come from

O2 Travel does indeed give you data for £1.99/day and no upper limit on monthly contract. Without seeing the breakdown of the charges it is difficult to comment to be honest.

Hi @Anonymous

Are u pay and go or pay monthly?

The travel on command is for pay and go so just wanted to clarify that. Also You are aware that it's 1.99 per day, so if you have been there for 7 days you will have, give or take a few pennies £14.00 of data charges?
