I am pretty disgusted with you o2...I hv needed technical help and contacted your chat windows...both times i tried the chat windows were closed pretty far in to the query. I then contacted by phone tech supp option and the called ended...what is the story with this?

Could just be busy, anything we can help with as we have quite a few tech specialists here?

 

Just say which phone and whether it's Pay and Go or Pay Monthly and what the issue is.

As @perksie says our technical experts here will be a much better bet. Unless it's an account based issue, you will find their technical advice is based on a great deal of experience. wink
