I am pretty disgusted with you o2...I hv needed technical help and contacted your chat windows...both times i tried the chat windows were closed pretty far in to the query. I then contacted by phone tech supp option and the called ended...what is the story with this?

Just say which phone and whether it's Pay and Go or Pay Monthly and what the issue is.
