If ive bought my phone through CPW but have upgraded my tarrif through O2, would my bill be cut down after ive paid off my phone? or does that only work if the device was bought direct from O2?

@jamesjon1300 refresh is only available directly from O2 so a tariff upgrade later would not qualify.

At the end of your 24 months, you need to switch yourself to a sim only tariff with O2 to gain the same benefit as refresh would offer you.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Hi @jamesjon1300 yes, it would be a refresh contract then.
