Hi there,

I recently started my own contract with o2, and with that, I wanted to port in my old number, which was under my dads name.

I went through all the usual steps, submitted the form with the PAC and waited the allotted time. My old sim lost service, and I thought it would be a matter of time until I would receive my number on my new sim.

However, ever since the port in, my new o2 sim has lost all service, meaning I can't send/receive texts, or access mobile data. It has been over a month now, and after countless calls with customer service, where I've been promised countless times it would be sorted, nothing has changed.

I have been in store, and my number isn't even showing up on the system anymore, and I'm still being charged for a service I'm not receiving.

I am at my wits end. Any help would be appreciated.

An irate customer.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

or give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202
