Hi @kopcat09

You'll need to call O2 again

Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

Royak mail won't consider it lost until 2 weeks have passed but O2 could cancel the original one and send you a new one if you ask them Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

If you read the guide for numbers, there are others call. You don't have to dial 202

Yes they are really struggling this year, despite the agency staff they've employed.

Even Amazon Prime stock are quoting 3-4 days delivery on stock which would normally be next day.
