o2 pay monthly bill

Anonymous
Not applicable
I have a pay monthly contract. I've just realised my phone has been cut off (couldn't remember when the bill was due)
I don't get paid until this Friday (28th)
Can i pay majority of my bill for services to be restored and then pay the rest Friday. I use my phone for work so I urgently need it back in use!!!

Hope someone can help.
Thanks,
Kelly

They won't turn it back on until the full bill is paid.
What happened to your direct debit?

This is the problem when you cancel a direct debit. You need to set it up again with a date that suits your needs. Sorry but it's difficult to sympathise when you cancel a direct debit and then miss the payment date. As said, you need to pay the bill in full before service is is available whether it's in one payment or two. Call the O2 Payment Management Team and hopefully there will be no reconnection fee.
