I've verified my work email address but at the stage where I'm ready to apply discounts, I get this error

Probably a glitch in the system.

Can you try a different browser?

Or maybe @EmilieT can check for you?

Could it be because I've just taken on a new tablet mobile broadband contract?

Edit: I've tried on Edge, Edge Dev and Firefox - I've tried it in incognito as well as safe mode with no extensions
