Solved: o2 open confirmation

I went in store, three days ago to process my o2 open discount, they went through the process and I received a message saying 'they'll confirm eligibility and process request within two working days', it's gone past that and still no message!

Think mine took 3 or 4 days to receive SMS? Might show on MyO2 before SMS arrives.
