About ago four week I opened o2 account 12months first days working perfect I second day swap old number to o2 new number and try connect apple watch 7 cellular so everthing try connect add plan 5£ monhts okey waiting when activating but notthing and evening my sim card no service two days going to o2 store change sim card start working again I ask about apple watch problem trying fixed about 50minutes but notthing okey later I change apple watch to new but same problem okey now again activating and still waiting but my sim card my nettwork every second days no service or cant send text or make call again problem I dont know what happen everyday or seconds days I have problems dont like me I not using full service and need pay monthly I not happy my apple watch data plan not working text or make call my phone not working perfect what wrong? I trying every day call to 202 or live chat but not helping my...

There's an issue currently that O2 have not yet resolved.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
