o2 network gone wrong

baza_2000, it may be obvious to you and the people in your area that there is something not right but the more people on O2 in your area report the fault, the quicker O2 will understand what the issue is and get on with fixing it.
If there is no, or intermittent, service from the mobiles then everyone needs to ring from landlines. Get everyone to make it just as obvious to O2 as it is to you.

over 66 hours later and still nothing..?? no phone call back like they said they would within 48 hours and not even a text..!!!! 5 of us reported the same thing and nobody as heard nothing... customer service....what a bunch of jokers.!
