o2 network and o2 customer service

 I wish 02 would sort their crappy network out, it aint funny anymore you need sort your customer service do you think is fair on your customer without a support when you all busy on phone or having a breke hmmm

Customer services are busy and I presume your trying to call for the same reason everyone else is.

still no coverage in my area ...i wonder what sort of compensation they'll offer for today's failings? Could be costly..... mass exodus of customers......

21.08 got all excitedjust then, coverage restored...... alas it lasted all of 3 mins just about managed to get off 1 txt, heaven knows whether it will get there.......
