I am trying to get my old number onto my new sim card and o2 couldn't be less helpful. I've tried to call o2 on 202, call wait times are 30 minutes, I've tried the online assistant and they are useless, I've tried twitter and nothing is happening.
Does anyone know how to actually get to speak to someone at o2. I've been a customer for a decade but I am seriously thinking of leaving. They are pathetic.

I just can't believe how bad they have been. Ironic that a telecommunications company is so poor in being able to contact them or get any sort of response from them.

Thank you for that but I need o2 to do it. They know what needs to be done but for some reason can't or won't do it.
