o2 have extended the 24 month payment final payment.

I have received  an April annual statement stating I have 12 months left on my repayment for my phone.

 

I took a 24 month contract out in Spetember 2013 and  I have 4 months left to pay the phone off.  How can the extend it beyonnd the 24 month peroid?

What can I do?

Most likely just a simple paperwork error - Give CS a call on 202 and they will sort it for you.

From your title it sounds like more time to pay your last bill but if your not sure contact cs on 202
