Ive paid my bill had conformation, took a screen shot of the green tick saying its paid and its showing in my bank as going to o2. I keep getting messages saying its overdue and I could get a overdue payment. Ive tried contacting them on the pp and by phone but im not getting a reply and the phone is saying having problem. Any ideas what i can do or do i have to pay again and try claim it back

You need to contact payment management
To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

All Payments made for the last 2 years are visible in your Payment history, @Neil85
You can view your payment history using these instructions: Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page? and then clicking on "Payment history", at the very bottom of the list on the left-hand side as shown below (ignore the orange arrow, the screenshot was for viewing any payments credited to your account since receiving your precious bill 🤠).
