Hi everyone,

Just checking this as I'm still not 100% sure.

I'm travelling to the US next week and it clearly states in my contract that I have the o2 Travel Inclusive Zone as a bolt on. I'm not on o2 Refresh but have 30GB data, which I'm guessing is why I have the bolt on. My wife's contract is the same and she has the bolt on too.

Can I check:

a) Does it sound correct that we should have the bolt on, given the tariff?

b) Do I need to do anything when I get to the US, in terms of activating anything or turning data roaming on?

c) Are there still problems with this working correctly in the US?

Many thanks,

Richard

@Richard7

That's good that you were able to do what you needed to.

At that speed, it depends what you're doing as to the suitability.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Great mate, thanks for testing it out.
Hope your trip was good.

Seems the speed is still majorly capped. Good it might still be usable for non heavy stuff though.

Just general surfing but mostly maps and directions, so quite pleased it didn't let me down.

Awesome trip, especially at Halloween in the snow, trick or treating with the kids. They REALLY know how to celebrate it out there.
