Hi, I wonder if someone could help me.
I've been on pay monthly for 2 years now and have had the same phone (a blackberry) for that period too. Unfortunately the phone is broken now - battery is broken now and some of the buttons on the keyboard don't work anymore. I'm looking into getting a new phone with o2, but before I get one, can I use this sim on an unlocked smart phone that someone is kind enough to offer me for that period? (I really don't know much about phones, apologies if this is a ridiculous question )
Cheers!

Hi and Welcome.
As long as the smartphone is unlocked to all networks then it will accept your 02 sim card , as long as its the right size too.
If not then you can pick up a blank sim of the correct size from any 02 Shop or get one posted to you by phoning 202 and then either have the shop staff do the swapmysim or do it at home by visiting http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/
You may have to input some settings in the other smartphone if its not been used on 02 before.

If your moving from a blackberry to say an iphone then you will need to speak to02 to ensure you have an idata bolt on so your Internet works.
