o2 Rewards collected on Pay & Go - now on pay monthly can I still have the rewards

Hi, I recently change from pay and go to a monthly contract.  I managed to save about £8.00 in my rewards.  I received a text message a couple of days ago saying I have another £3.00 in rewards to collect.  I chose to save these and was hoping I would be able to spend them on an itunes voucher as I had done in the past.  When I look I can't find the rewards, anymore.  Is it still possible to spend them this way now that I am a pay monthly customer?

Can anyone help please??

Hi, 

I had the same problem. You are no longer eligible when you move to pay monthly. I did phone up and kick up a fuss and got £10 off my bill.

It seems unfair that pay and go get all the incentives tbh 😞
