o2/DPD Parcel tracking not working.

Hello all, I upgraded 2 days ago, and received an email on the same day providing me with a parcel tracking number for DPD, this number is not recognised by DPD, either on its own or coupled with my postcode. I have heard that these things reset after midnight, so I thought I would try again today, though I've had no luck today either. Any ideas?

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
