Hey, my bill is due to be automatically paid tomorrow. Typically I get paid every 2 weeks on a Thursday and usually this would not be an issue, but unfortunately I have not been paid this week due to a system error. I have addressed the issue, but will not be able to pay my phone bill until next week. Is there a solution for this, or will my phone be out of use until the bill is paid?

Ah, thanks. I contacted customer services, they informed me that the payment won't take place until Monday of next week. They suggested, if I cannot pay by then, to speak to my bank to ensure I don't incur any bank charges. Hopefully I will be able to sort this out by then. Thanks.
