ITS ACTUALLY GOTTEN TO THE POINT OF OVER 10 YEARS OF POOR SERVICE I FIND MYSELF HATING A COMPANY,, O2. AND FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE IM COUNTING DOWN THE DAYS I CAN BE FRE TO GO ELSWHERE.

My only question is why wait for 10 years?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Why wait 10 years? There will plenty of others who will be happy to join o2 but you must go with what you feel is right for you

You must surely have the patience of a saint @Anonymous, you need to change network asap. 10 years? No way would I have kept renewing a contract or stayed on P&G when there are surely better options for your needs.
