i've just recieved my pay monthly sim and want to transfer my old number (on my current pay as you go sim) to this monthly sim..how can i do this?

You should be using the keep my number form and not the swap my sim form as it is a move from payg to pay monthly.

Be aware it can take between a couple of hours to 24 hours + to fully sim swap so try to be patient.

Keep turning your phone off and on.
