how do i check my number transfer is being processed?

Have you completed the transfer form or given your PAC over the phone?

 

Once you've given O2 your PAC by either method the transfer should happen on the next working day by 6pm (or the following Tuesday if done at the weekend).

 

You should receive a text from O2 advising the transfer is happening and one on the day of the transfer.

If neither has happened or you've waited longer than one working day then you'll need to contact O2 to find out what the status is.
