Hi @johnlightbulb

Texts are usually the last thing to port. Keep rebooting your phone.

If not sorted by tomorrow then call O2 Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Additional help about calling

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

Also use any option to get through, even Fraud or Lost and Stolen.

If you are using an iPhone, you will also need to manually change the number the phone thinks you are on.
Go to settings>my phone>my number and change it, then hit save and restart the phone.

Hi @johnlightbulb (nice username!)

Hope you got everything sorted with your number port after you last posted. It would be great to hear back from you to know if you're all good now, or if you have any additional questions, if you're still around and have some time to let us know. slight_smile
